A New Orleans couple are accused of negligent homicide during the days and weeks that followed hurricane Katrina. The couple, Mabel and Sal Mangano, owners of St. Rita's nursing home, allegedly are responsible for the deaths of up to 35 elderly and infirmed people who died after the storm. Get the story here.
